Recently, Mark Dilbeck, president of Dilbeck Realtors GMAC Real Estate, joined members of Worldwide Employee Relocation Council from around the country at the 2007 National Relocation Conference held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nev.

Dilbeck joined Fafie Moore, owner of Realty Executives of Nevada, and Arthur Sterbcow, president of Latter & Blum Inc., Realtors in New Orleans, La.

The three panelists offered their insight into the state of the industry and the challenges and opportunities on the horizon. They discussed what impact the economy is having on industry leaders and how they see globalization impacting their companies today and in the future.

Dilbeck said, "Relocation consumers are continuing to purchase homes, but they are using the web to shop for homes and mortgages much more than in past years. We expect our investment in Internet services will assist us in providing higher levels of service and deliver higher satisfaction to our relocation customers and clients."
