Specialists in luxury real estate throughout the Conejo Valley and east Ventura County, including Westlake Village, Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Agoura Hills and Camarillo's Santa Rosa Valley, Pohl and Pearson represented more than $19.8 million in sales for the Lake Sherwood area, 65 percent of Coldwell Banker Lake Sherwood sales for 2006, making them the area's No. 1 agents again. Additionally, they are Coldwell Banker's No. 1 top producing team for Ventura County and the Westlake Village Regional office.
