Dan Bonfiglio

Broker/owner Bob Majorino and the management and staff of Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks Regional office have welcomed award-winning agent Dan Bonfiglio to their staff. A resident of Dos Vientos, Bonfiglio has been in the local area for more than four decades.

As a licensed broker since 2001 and an agent for nearly 20 years, Bonfiglio represents clients in the purchases and sales of singlefamily residences, condos and townhomes within Dos Vientos Ranch, Newbury Park, the Conejo Valley, Oak Park, Agoura, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Moorpark and Camarillo.

First-time homebuyers are a specialty of Bonfiglio's. He was an instructor at the School of Homebuying and has 10 years' experience as a firsttime homebuyer lender. He has a background with the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program, FHA, VA and CalHFA financing programs. Bonfiglio maintains his focus on Dos Vientos in Newbury Park and keeps track of all transactions in the community. He is also knowledgeable about the local schools.

Bonfiglio is keen on giving back to the community and volunteers with various youth programs and organizations. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and four children. He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a BA in broadcasting and a minor in psychology.
