Newbury Park

The following were arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs: A male, 44, at 2:40 p.m. June 15 in the 2000 block of Newbury Road; a male, 20, at 3:56 a.m. June 18 at Lynn Road and Felton Street; and a male, 31, at 2:49 a.m. June 20 at Hillcrest Drive and Avenida Del Platino.

City property was vandalized with graffiti when paint was sprayed in the 3500 block of Lesser Drive between April 1 and 9. The incident resulted in damages amounting to $1,070, and it was only recently reported.

A male, 18, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. June 19 in Oxnard after he was identified as the person who entered a home with the intent to commit a crime on April 11 in the 600 block of Avenida de La Plata.

A female, 22, was arrested at East Valley Station on June 14 after she allegedly "keyed" a car at Ramona and Allessandro drives, causing more than $4,500 damage.

When she was being interviewed about illegal dumping, a female, 55, was arrested for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive at 12:30 a.m. June 13.

After she displayed symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant, a female, 44, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. June 13 at Avenida del Platino.

A female, 44, was arrested and charged with embezzlement at Target on June 13 regarding incidents that allegedly occurred over the last six months.

During a probation follow-up, a male, 27, was arrested at 10 p.m. June 14 in the 2400 block of W. Hillcrest Drive on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and for possession of a glass smoking pipe.

A male, 23, was arrested and charged with trying to steal $460 worth of merchandise at Target the evening of June 15.

Several suspects were arrested and charged with shoplifting at Target on June 16, one of them a female, 43.

A male, 32, was arrested at 4:09 p.m. June 17 and charged with shoplifting at Kohl's.

On a charge of possession of alcohol and marijuana, and for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, a male, 19, was at 2:20 a.m. June 19 arrested in the 3300 block of Kimber Drive.

In the 2900 block of Wauneta Street, a female, 18, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. June 21 and charged with public drunkenness.

Cash and checks were stolen from a drawer at Amgen between 6:30 a.m. June 11 and 3:30 p.m. June 12.

An unlocked vehicle was targeted by a thief the night of June 12 in the 200 block of Ensenada Way.

A cellphone was stolen from an unlocked vehicle the night of June 12 in the 300 block of Charro Avenue.

Something was stolen from an apartment in the 1800 block of W. Hillcrest Drive between 12:30 and 8 a.m. June 13. A similar event occurred in the 1700 block around the same date.

A garage door was defaced with graffiti between June 9 and 13 in the 300 block of Havenside Drive.

A Sequoia Middle School window was smashed on June 13 or 14 and the loss was more than $400.

Two vehicles were burglarized between June 10 and 14 in the first block of Northam Avenue.

A known suspect allegedly stabbed with a knife a male, 22, around 2:15 a.m. June 15 in the 2800 block of Camino Dos Rios.

Gang graffiti was spray painted the night of June 14 in the 600 block of Paseo La Perla.

Someone stole merchandise from a Teller Road business on June 15.

Someone tried to steal something at Kohl's at 5 p.m. June 17.

Somebody illegally entered a home between 3 and 3:30 a.m. June 18 in the first block of N. Madrid Avenue.

A garage and a vehicle were burglarized (no signs of forced entry) in the 100 block of Northam Avenue between 11:30 p.m. June 17 and 4:11 a.m. June 18.

Storage containers on a pickup were burglarized after the locks were cut off between midnight and 8 a.m. June 18 in the 3900 block of Greenwood Street.

In the 100 block of N. Madrid Avenue, a vehicle was broken into and burglarized the night of June 17.

Somebody robbed a male, 31, after pointing a shotgun at him at 10:30 p.m. June 18 at Wendy/ Kimber Park.

No signs of forced entry were observed after something was stolen from a vehicle on June 18 or 19 in the 3800 block of Briar Ridge Court.

The following were arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs: A male, 33, at 6:30 p.m. June 10 at Michael and Wendy drives; a female, 52, at 11:35 p.m. June 11 at Olsen Road and Campus Drive; a male, 29, at 1 a.m. June 13 at a 101 Freeway off-ramp at Hampshire Road; a male, 28, at 12:46 a.m. June 15 at Lynn Road and Portofino Place; a male, 35, at 1:54 a.m. June 18 at Rancho Conejo Boulevard and Conejo Spectrum; a male, 38, at 2:35 p.m. June 13 in the 3100 block of Futura; and a male, 23, at 10:58 p.m. June 19 in the 2500 block of Ciro Avenue.

A male, 53, was arrested after deputies responded to a domestic dispute at 6:48 p.m. June 10 in the 700 block of Lakefield Drive.

A shoplifting incident occurred between 6 and 6:15 p.m. June 9 in the 1400 block of Hillcrest Drive.

A male was punched several times by a known suspect between 1:20 and 1:30 a.m. on May 5 in the 400 block of E. Avenida de Los Arboles. The report was filed on June 13.

A male, 21, was cited and released in Santa Paula for battery on June 14 regarding an incident that occurred on May 1 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Regarding a vandalism incident that occurred on May 8 in the 1700 block of Fisk Court, a female, 49, was cited and released on June 11 in Camarillo.

Following a disturbance at a party in the 1100 block of El Monte at 1:27 a.m. June 10, a male, 23, was arrested for battery at 2:20 a.m. at Los Robles Hospital.

For suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, a male, 32, was arrested in the 3100 block of Los Robles Road at 10:30 a.m. June 14.

After he was observed forcing entry into a locked vehicle at 12:30 p.m. June 14, a male, 38, was arrested in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road. A female, 33, was also observed participating, and she was also arrested,

For being drunk in a public park, a male, 48, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. June 14 in the 1100 block of Hendrix Avenue.

A male, 41, was allegedly in possession of a stolen vehicle at 2 p.m. June 15 in the 400 block of Calle Jazmin and he was arrested.

A male, 36, was arrested for drinking an alcoholic beverage in public at 3:17 p.m. June 17 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

For suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and for possession of marijuana and a pipe, a male, 23, was arrested in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive at 9:35 p.m. June 15.

Two males, both 18, were cited and released for drinking beer at 1:30 a.m. June 16 in the 400 block of Via Colinas.

A male, 23, was arrested for allegedly stabbing three victims with a knife and a broken beer bottle at 1:39 p.m. June 16. The arrest occurred on Chiquita Drive but the incident occurred in the first block of Oakview Drive.

For possession of illegal fireworks, a male, 29, was at 2:26 a.m. June 17 cited and released in the 300 block of Rolling Oaks Drive.

A male, 39, was extremely intoxicated and unable to care for himself at 6:42 p.m. June 17 on El Monte Drive, north of Janss Road, and he was arrested.

For public intoxication, a male, 34, was taken into custody after he was found sleeping in somebody else's yard at 9:45 p.m. June 17 on Galsworthy Street.

Three buildings were sprayed with paint in the 3400 block of Darlington Drive the night of June 11.

A male, 27, was battered by a known suspect at 7 a.m. June 12 in the 2600 block of Calle Hermosa.

The loss was $1,137 after sprinkler heads were stolen on Erbes Road in May or early June.

Unlocked vehicles were ransacked and burglarized the night of June 12 in the 200 block of Venado Avenue.

Government property was stolen from East Valley Station on June 13 or 14.

Property was stolen from a Lakewood Place home on June 12 or 13.

A vehicle was broken into between 12:10 and 12:15 p.m. June 14 in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road.

An unknown suspect at 4:43 p.m. June 14 brandished a firearm on one of the 101 Freeway offramps at Lynn Road.

Something was stolen between June 4 and 14 in the 1800 block of Village Court.

Property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 2700 block of White Chapel Place between 6:40 and 7:15 a.m. June 15.

Five vehicles had damages after they were "keyed" or vandalized in other ways in the 1300 block or that vicinity of Camino Cristobal the night of June 14.

A business in the 2000 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard was the site of petty theft the afternoon of June 15.

Felony vandalism was reported in the 2500 block of Featherwood Avenue between June 5 and 11. The damages exceed $5,000.

A theft from an unlocked shed was reported in the 200 block of Manzanita Lane. The incident occurred between April 15 and June 14. It also involved the theft of a vehicle.

A 45-year-old female was allegedly battered by a known suspect between 11:30 p.m. June 15 and 12:30 a.m. June 16 in the 1400 block of El Monte Drive.

A tire was stolen from a vehicle the evening of June 16 in the 200 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Several unlocked vehicles were targeted on June 17 in the 2700 block of Autumn Ridge Drive.

Graffiti incidents were reported at the Warwick Apartments the night of June 16.

During an apparent break-in attempt, a sliding door was damaged in the 4100 block of Minnecota Drive on June 16 or 17.

A thief stole items from an unlocked vehicle on June 16 or 17 in the 1600 block of E. Janss Road.

A dwelling in the 600 block of St. Charles was broken into and burglarized between 10:25 and 10:43 p.m. June 17.

Items were stolen between 7 p.m. June 17 and 10 a.m. June 18 from an unlocked vehicle in the 2800 block Blazing Star Road.

Window screens of a dwelling in the 3200 block of Royal Oaks Drive were damaged after an apparent break-in between June 15 and 17.

An unlocked vehicle was targeted at The Oaks mall between 4:20 and 5:20 p.m. June 18.

A partially open vehicle window provided access for a thief between 6:30 and 8 p.m. June 18 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz. The night of June 18, a vehicle was broken into and burglarized in the 2000 block of Los Feliz. Something was stolen from a vehicle on June 18 or 19 in the 2000 block of Los Feliz.

Tools were stolen from a garage at a car dealer in the 2400 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard between March 10 and June 9.

Tennis court screens and a basketball court were vandalized with spray-painted graffiti the night of June 19 in the 2500 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Walls at Weathersfield Elementary School were vandalized with writing the night of June 19.

In the 2400 block of Willow, something was stolen the morning of June 20 from an unlocked vehicle.

Gang graffiti was reported at Avenida de Las Flores and Teasdale Street. The incident occurred between 2:45 and 3:15 p.m. June 20.
