Erin Pohl and Bob Pearson, consistent top producing directors of estates with Coldwell Banker Previews International in its Westlake Village Promenade office, were congratulated by Coldwell Banker manager Frances Lewis for posting more than $11.2 million in listings and sales transactions during the month of April. Specialists in luxury real estate throughout the Conejo Valley and east Ventura County, including Westlake Village, Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Agoura Hills and Camarillo's Santa Rosa Valley, Pohl and Pearson represented more than $19.8 million in sales for the Lake Sherwood area, 65 percent of Coldwell Banker Lake Sherwood sales for 2006, making them the areas No. 1 agents again.

Additionally, they are Coldwell Banker's No. 1 top producing team for Ventura County and the Westlake Village Regional office. Pohl and Pearson have received the firm's Society of Excellence award consistently since 2004, Coldwell Banker's highest award, which only 1 percent of sales professionals in Southern California achieve. Pohl and Pearson are ranked among the top 10 for Coldwell Banker's Southern California Northwest Region top 50 agents 2006.
