 TEAMWORK AND GENEROSITY PAY OFF- Thanks to the cooperation of Conejo Valley Rotary Club and Westlake Independent Honda and Acura Repair, Maunela Puenta Ramirez, upper right, and her family now have dependable transportation. Bob Glatt of the Rotary Club and Bruce Nation, owner of the repair shop, decided to work together on donating a perfectly maintained 1991 Honda Accord to a deserving family. Here the family gets ready for a limo trip to the presentation. Ramirez, a Simi Valley resident, was found through the Westminster Free Clinic in Thousand Oaks. The keys were handed over on Mother's Day. The Rotarians will be hosting an annual car show at Cal Lutheran University on June 10.
