Newbury Park
      After creating a recent disturbance at a restaurant in the 700 block of Wendy, a male, 27, refused to leave the premises. He was then taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for his arrest. A known suspect spray painted gang graffiti at a flood control channel in Newbury Park sometime before April 27.

      At 2:59 a.m. May 10, deputies arrived at a large party in the 800 block of Linden Circle in response to a report of gunshots and screaming. A male, 20, had allegedly gotten into an argument with other partygoers and was told to leave. Upon departing, he allegedly pulled out a .357 magnum revolver and began shooting rounds into the air.

      From an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Lake Sherwood Drive, items were stolen on April 27. Shoplifting occurred between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m. May 5 in the 100 block of S. Westlake Boulevard.
