It's quite apparent that the city of T.O. doesn't value the existence of the small businesses in our town. If they did, they wouldn't be considering Home Depot (without) a full environmental impact report.

How many small businesses will go under? Perhaps a secondary motivation just might be the beautification of the remainder of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
