Drivers: slow down

I know the widening of the 23 Freeway is necessary to reduce our traffic congestion.

However, that scary short white wall so close to the cars, speeding drivers, the increase in semi trucks, fine dirt all over the lanes, debris (broken orange cones, etc.) are creating dangerous conditions.

My point is, have some common courtesy and, people, slow down. Melodee King Thousand Oaks
