It's time to nominate Senior of the Year

Nominations for Senior of the Year will be accepted until April 10. Nominees will be honored at an awards recognition ceremony Thurs., June 7 at the Goebel Senior Adult Center.

Nominees must be more than 60 years of age, Thousand Oaks residents for three of the past five years, and work as volunteers for the benefit of senior adults in the community.

They must be nominated by the organization for which they volunteer.

Forms and guidelines are available at the Grant Brimhall/ Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park Branch libraries, the adult center, the welcome desk at city hall or www.toaks.org.
