'WHOOO'S HOUSE?'- Westlake High School senior Roger Parks, 18, earned Scouting's highest honor for his Eagle Scout service project. Roger constructed a dozen owl boxes and erected them in several local parks for Conejo Recreation and Park District. Owls have already moved into the boxes and are hunting rodents that destroy playfields. When natural predators control vermin, chemical pesticides can be avoided. Roger is the son of Ventura County Supervisor Linda Parks.
