Conejo kids to go birding with experts

The Conejo Valley Audubon Society will sponsor a nature awareness program for children ages 7 to 12 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sat., March 24 at the Oakbrook-Chumash Museum, 3290 Lang Ranch Parkway, Thousand Oaks.
The program will include guided bird walks, nature hikes, Chumash lore, display tables and a bird-feeder craft project. The Ojai Raptor Society will have birds of prey available.
Registration is $5 per child. Entrance to the museum is included in the fee.
