Dedicated drummer finds cool temperatures no obstacle PASSIONATE PERCUSSIONIST- Joey Martone, 16, plays tenor drums for the Thousand Oaks High School Spring Drumline. About 30 students are participating and competition will start soon. Joey probably won't be practicing outdoors today or tomorrow, though. Rain is in the forecast.
