Horse conformation clinic offered at Santa Anita track
      Thoroughbred Owners of California will host a free "Horse Conformation Clinic" from 10 a.m. to noon Sat., Feb. 24 at the Top o' the Stretch, Clockers' Corner at the Santa Anita Racetrack, 285 W. Huntington Drive, Arcadia, Calif. The program includes guided tours of the stable area, giving participants a look at the racehorses stabled at the track.
