Susan Schattl and Brian Brickman

Susan Schattl and Brian Brickman bring diverse experience to residential real estate. Schattl had 22 years of marketing experience with a large telephone company. Brickman worked more than 32 years as a teacher, counselor and administrator in a large metropolitan school district.

Schattl has experience being a "caught in the middle" generation, with two children in college and helping an elderly mother live at home. Brickman also deals with an elderly parent who has lived in the same home for more than 50 years.

Because both have experience dealing with elderly issues in selling homes, they bring an understanding of the need for patience and understanding toward the needs of elderly home sellers and their families. They work hard to assist their clients through each step of the transaction.
