Another retail building is coming to Thousand Oaks
      Plans for a new $6.5 million retail building in Thousand Oaks were announced by Tony Principe, president of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services of Westlake Village, the brokers marketing the property. Principe said the 10,000square-foot building will feature 32-foot-high ceilings, allowing it to accommodate 5,000- to 10,000squarefoot retail tenants.

Economic outlook conference slated
      The 2007 Ventura County Real Estate and Economic Outlook Conference, hosted by Chicago Title Co., will be from 7:45 to 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, Fri., Feb. 9 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village. The registration fee, which includes breakfast and conference materials, is $150.
