Katy Parsons

Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks Regional office recognized Katy Parsons as its top selling agent for October 2006. Parsons has had a lifelong passion for real estate. Before becoming a Realtor, she was an administrator and math teacher for 10 years at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. Meanwhile, she "dabbled" in her favorite hobby- real estate investments.

Her own investments have given her a unique expertise when guiding clients who are interested in investing. "My knowledge and education really help me relate well to my clients," Parsons said. "One of my relocation clients recently told me that I have a truly scientific method of finding the right home for someone. I do tend to think of it as a huge word problem, and my job is to solve it, which I find quite invigorating."
