Top listing agent and top producer honors for October 2006 went to Joanne Nelson at Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks Regional office. She is setting a standard for monthly recognition in the Thousand Oaks office with a total of 16 so far for the year. With experience in Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Agoura, Camarillo and Oxnard real estate, as well as local area knowledge, Nelson works to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. As Nelson received the 2005 Gibraltar Circle award this spring, she joined the top 20 in the company. She also accepted Chairman's Circle Gold, which recognized her production achievement for last year.
