Newbury Park cheer squad going to Nationals

CHEERS- The Newbury Park Competition Cheer Team has finished in first or second place in all of its events this season and has already qualified for national competitions in Las Vegas and Florida. The team, comprised of 22 sophomores and juniors, competes in cheer, funk and group categories. They began training last summer and have already performed at the Staples Center for the Los Angeles Clippers. NPCC is coached by Melisa Fierro.
