Nobody knows why the human race has become infertile- although with a hopeless future, with every human life that much more precious, it seems we've become even more hell-bent on destroying ourselves. More ... The CWOTO Orchestra will present its Opus 17 concerts this weekend, Fri., Jan. 12 and Sun., Jan. 14. The event is sponsored by the Concertos with Orchestra, Thousand Oaks, a nonprofit educational group. The Friday concert will be at 7:30 p.m. at Camarillo United Methodist Church, 291 Anacapa Drive. Conejo Players Theatre will have auditions for "Angel Street" Sun. through Tues., Jan. 21 to 23 at 7:30 p.m. Callbacks will be Wed., Jan. 24. The theater is at 351 S. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks. The audition will consist of a cold reading from the script, but actors may also perform a prepared monologue. No appointment is necessary. There is no pay. More ...
