Sigi Ulbrich and Pam Moran of Prudential California Realty’s North Ranch/Westlake Village office won the award for top producer for October 2006. This brings their total of monthly awards for this year up to nine. Ulbrich and Moran were recipients of the top sales team award as well as the No. 1 Agents award for 2005 and were honored with the Chairman’s Diamond Award at Prudential’s national convention.
