YMCA hosts Healthy Families Day
      The Southeast Ventura County YMCA will host the Dole/YMCA Healthy Families Day on Sat., Jan. 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free event will feature games and activities for children and a variety of booths with experts on improving family lifestyles. Co-sponsor Dole Food Company will provide giveaways and healthy snacks.
