Food and toy drive sponsors say thanks for helping We thank you for the generosity of time and gifts for the less fortunate. The following were recipients of the 2006 Santa Comes to Agoura and Beyond Food and Toy Drive: Battered women and children, victims of AIDS, Children of the Night, food pantries, the Veterans Hospital of L.A., Hospice, adults with cerebral palsy and Down syndrome, servicemen and women in Iraq, Childrens Hospital of L.A., local families in Agoura, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village, and many more. The blessing of the groceries, turkeys and gifts was performed by Molly Siegel, who did the blessing in Hebrew, and Jane Zeolla, representing the Christian faith. Entertainment was provided by the chorus of Westlake Elementary School and Megan and Josephine Annino.
