Man accused of coercing sex from immigrants George Pecci, 78, of Westlake Village was arrested last week in connection with alleged coerced sexual acts on female immigrants that he hired to work at his home in the 2200 block of Knollcrest Place. The incidents allegedly began in 1993, according to police. A statement from the Thousand Oaks Police Department said that Pecci approached a Hispanic woman whom he had hired to clean his house and demanded oral sex. Pecci allegedly told the woman that if she didn’t comply, he would have her deported. Several women had reported similar incidents during the past 13 years, according to the news release, but were reluctant to cooperate because of their immigration status and sensitivity about the allegations. Pecci was charged with forced oral copulation, sexual battery by restraint and sexual battery. He was released on bond. Other possible victims were encouraged to come forward, and anyone with information about the case should call Detective Luis Alvarez at (805) 494-8229. |
