All things considered, 2006 was a good year for T.O.
      The biggest 2006 story from the city of Thousand Oaks was that three incumbents won reelection. Councilmembers Andy Fox, Claudia Bill-de la Peña and Dennis Gillette will each serve for four more years. For the good of almost everyone, the council will try to be less contentious.
