Elks deliver gifts, food and toys

A SEASON TO SHARE--Annie Pearson is in the Christmas spirit. Thousand Oaks Elks Club No. 2477 assembled food baskets and wrapped gifts for 74 families, including 137 children. The annual effort was funded by Elks events, including Christmas tree sales, dinner dances and Saturday barbecues. Photos of other organizations' good deeds will be in next week's Thousand Oaks Acorn.
