Adoption program scheduled for T.O.

An orientation for prospective adoptive parents will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tues., Dec. 19 at the Grant Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

Qualifying adults receive training, certification, funds and social worker support to help in caring for their adoptive children.
