FINE WORKMANSHIP--Joanne Chang, left, helps Pat Eckles of Thousand Oaks with her holiday shopping at the Senior Concerns Boutique. Residents are invited to buy items or drop off gently used clothing, household goods, jewelry or make a cash donation. The boutique at 80 E.
