HAPPY RECIPIENTS-Mark Jaffe, president-elect of the Rotary Club of Westlake Village, presents a trumpet to Bennie Glasner, 9, of Newbury Park, a member of the Manzanita school band. The Rotary Club donated 46 instruments to Manzanita and Acacia elementary schools.
