RUNNING HARD-Cooper Shockley, who usually wears No. 3 but had to change to a No. 13 jersey after his was ripped off, charges through the line of scrimmage as the Warriors staked themselves to a 28-0 lead early in the second quarter against the Yellowjackets.
SEALING THE DEAL-Clinging to a 31-28 lead late in the game, WHS linebacker Chase Calderon, No. 33, intercepts a pass near the Warrior end zone to wrap up the victory. Westlake now advances to Friday's second-round game at San Luis Obispo. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.
