New midshipmen

REPORTING TO CLASS-Brian, left, and Scott Purcell, the twin sons of Bruce and Lorraine Purcell, participate in acceptance ceremonies at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, N.Y. Both are graduates of Thousand Oaks High School. They have been accepted as midshipmen in the class of 2010. Brian and Scott Purcell were nominated to the academy by U.S. Rep. Elton Gallegly (R-Thousand Oaks).
