More council forums are scheduled, one is tonight

Westlake Joint Board of Homeowners Associations will host Thousand Oaks City Council candidates at 7:30 p.m. tonight, Sept. 28, at North Ranch Community Center, 1400 N. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village. Candidates will speak and answer questions. The public is welcome. For more information, call (818) 591-9094.

The Thousand OaksWestlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce will also host a candidate forum for

the Thousand Oaks City Council race. The event will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 5 at the Los Robles Greens Banquet Center, 299 S. Moorpark Road. The public is invited. For more information, call (805) 3700035.

From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 18, the League of Women Voters will provide a televised candidate forum from the City Council chamber. The public is invited.
