'Day of the Horse' celebrated in T.O.

HOOFIN' AROUND IN THE SUMMER SUN-Glenwood Elementary School third-grader Leah Merville, 7, rides her pony Noel while cart riders Bob Olson and driver Lisa Dunah, a Newbury Park resident, navigate Silhouette, a 34-inch-tall miniature horse, at "Day of the Horse." Saturday's event at Conejo Creek Equestrian Park attracted horse lovers from throughout the area. The celebration was hosted by Equestrian Trails Inc. Corral No. 37, the Conejo Riders.
