Mothers and More offers slate of events this month

Mothers & More of Conejo Valley will host the following activities in September. The group supports all mothers, including those with newborns, grade school children or women who continue to work for pay for raising their children. The Conejo Valley Chapter includes mothers in Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Moorpark and Simi Valley. Guests are welcome.

Guest speaker Vicki Albin will discuss "How to Sooth Your Infant and Toddler" at 7:30 p.m. Thurs., Sept. 21 at the Westlake Village Civic Center. Albino is a qualified LMT and certified baby massage instructor. She specializes in craniosacral therapy for adults and children. The event is free.

Mom's Night Out will be at 7 p.m. Wed., Sept. 28 at Paradise Cove, 28128 Pacific Coast Hwy., Malibu. Enjoy a meal and night out away from the children.
