Teens to learn how to survive college

Teens in middle and high school are invited to learn from college students as they share their first year experiences at university in a college survival program at 7 p.m. Mon., July 17 at the Grant R. Brimhall/Thousand Oaks Library, 1401 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

College students will give tips to teens on what to expect, what to take, what to try and more. Snacks will be provided and there will be time for questions and answers.

The program is sponsored by the Friend of the Thousand Oaks Library.

For more information, call the library at (805) 449-2660, ext. 213 or visit www.toaks.org/library.
