Christian Church of the Hills hires interim senior pastor

Christian Church of the Hills has hired former pastor Dave Crouse as interim senior pastor, replacing Pastor Rex Wolins, who resigned in May.

Crouse, the church's senior pastor from 1990 to 2001, continues as executive director of the Angeles Christian Camp. In addition to Sunday services, he will direct Wednesday night Bible studies.

The church also has selected Ryan Reed, a recent graduate of Hope International University in Fullerton with a BA in youth ministry, as youth minister. A native of Florence, Ore., he is the son of a pastor. While attending Westside Christian College in Long Beach, Reed served in surfing and skateboarding ministries.
