5 standouts from the Oaks Christian Class of 2006

Kristin Seabury Kristin Seabury epitomizes the giving spirit that Oaks Christian School instills in their students. For four years, Seabury has dedicated hundreds of hours to volunteer service, culminating in founding the school's Interact Club. As president of the club, Seabury organized a variety of fundraising and charitable events. She will attend the nursing school at Seattle Pacific University.
Brittany Peterson Brittany Peterson assumed a leadership role of the Interact Club and handled myriad details to launch successful community and service events. An accomplished artist, Brittany received the school's Visual Arts award. In addition to being a strong student, Brittany also excelled as a soccer player.
Christina Morris Christina Morris lost her father to Lou Gehrig's disease when she was in middle school, but her loving support, deep faith and positive attitude helped family and friends face their loss with courage and strength. Morris has been involved in many service groups at the school, and her compassion has been a shining example for all students. A solid student who loves to play volleyball, Morris will attend UC Davis in the fall.
Everybody, it seems, loves Joe Dembesky, who's considered a true leader by his peers, teachers and staff. Dembesky served as captain of the football team and was senior class president. Dembesky was accepted at several excellent colleges, including Harvard University, but chose to attend Stanford University on scholarship. Joe Dembesky
Will Morgan earned Scouting's top honor, Eagle Scout. Morgan also is known for his athletic prowess in water polo and swimming. He will attend Baylor University.
