Celebrating a significant anniversary

EFFORTS RECOGNIZED-T.O. Mayor Dennis Gillette presents a certificate of commendation to Andrea Wharton, president of the American Association of University Women Thousand Oaks branch during a 40th anniversary celebration at North Ranch Country Club. The local AAUW chapter has generated a great deal of funding for philanthropic causes over the years.
