Sales of Conejo Valley homes continue to cool off

April sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 126. This compares to 156 sold in March and 181 a year ago, according to Glen Scalise, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

Median sales price for single-family homes in April was $837,500. In April of last year it was $822,761. The me

dian price is the point where half the units sold for more and half for less.

Condominium sales totaled 81 in April, compared to 74 in March and 106 in April 2005.

Total sales for all real estate transactions in April were $177.1 million.

For April last year, the total was $231.6 million.
