Winners in Conejo Valley Days Parade announced

The big winners in this year's Conejo Valley Days Parade were announced last Saturday.

Art Den won the Mayor's Trophy for best overall entry.

The Conejo Valley Trophy for most spirited entry went to the Lang Ranch Elementary School Fifth-Grade Class.

Calamigos Ranch won the Donna Fargo Trophy for best use of a theme.

The Grand Marshall's Trophy went to the Agoura Animal Shelter for originality.

The American Cancer Society won the Queen's Trophy for best use of color and the Outstanding Youth Trophy went to Girl Scout Troop No. 607 for overall appearance.

The parade chairman this year was Don Hegarty. Buffalo Bob Rickards and Jack Tucker were the parade judges.

All three wanted to thank the more than 90 parade participants and the spectators who made the parade such a success.
