Church to host auction

Westlake Church of Religious Science will host its inaugural fundraising auction at 6 p.m. Sat., April 22, at First Neighborhood Center, 31380 Village Center Road, Westlake Village.

A gourmet catered Italian dinner will be served with a no host wine and beer bar.

More than 200 items will be up for both live and silent auctions, with various raffle opportunities throughout the evening. Dinner/admission is $25.

Regular Sunday services are a "Prayerful Time for Transformation" from 9:30 to 9:50 a.m., followed by the 10 a.m. "Celebration of Life" with Dr. Sue Rubin and the Rev. Jim Lockard. Their sermon theme for April is "Season of Renewal." The church is at 880 Hampshire Road, Suites V and W, Westlake Village.
