It was a meeting of the Thousand Oaks Republican Women Federated that was depicted in a photograph last week, not the Westlake Village chapter. We regret the error.

In last week's story about parents and teens, Bob Koff was mistakenly identified as a resident of Moorpark. Koff lives in Oak Park.

He founded ACT (Awareness, Communication and Transformation), a group that brings teens and parents together with experts once per month to discuss issues that concern kids and their families.
