Community input sought on search for new superintendent

Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) is seeking input on desired characteristics of the future superintendent.

Meetings are planned for 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tues., Feb. 21 in the Thousand Oaks Library’s conference room, 1401 E. Janss Road. To schedule an appointment, please call Lisa Bork at (805) 383-1904.

Dr. Charles Weis, the Ventura County Superintendent of Schools, has been retained by the CVUSD to assist in the search for a new superintendent.

During the meetings, associate superintendents from the county office, Sandra Shackelford and Stan Mantooth, will be get input from interested residents.
