Temple Adat Elohim will sponsor the third night of Hanukkah Candle Lighting Ceremony at the Westlake Promenade on Sun., Dec. 17 at 5 p.m. The service will feature the temple's Junior Choir singing holiday songs, led by Cantor David Shukiar.
