Exceptional young artist

WINS POSTER CONTEST- Juyea Hoo, a seventh-grader at La Reina in Thousand Oaks, shows her winning entry in the Ventura County Science Fair poster contest. This year's theme is "Exploring the Unknown." Of more than 100 entries, Juyea's was judged the best by educators and scientists. Belinda Lai, another La Reina student, was honored as first runner-up.
