Thousand Oaks resident Heather Kelly will be competing in the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship dog show in Long Beach this Sat. and Sun., Dec. 2 and 3.

Kelly's Samoyed will compete against not only the top show dogs in the country but also a slate of the finest from around the world.

The show will be simulcast live by Animal Planet and the Discovery Channel, starting at 8 p.m. both nights.
