Westlake defense: On the road against a powerful Thousand Oaks offense, the Warriors allowed a first-quarter touchdown and then shut the Lancers down the rest of the way for a 17-7 win. TOHS had only 263 yards of total offense.

Chris Owusu, WR, Oaks Christian: Logged four catches for 100 yards and scored a touchdown as OCHS rolled Oak Park 55-7.

Mike Ferrari, DT, Newbury Park: The senior defensive tackle had seven tackles and two fumble recoveries in NPHS' Week 7 win.
