Platinum recording artist instructs

FINGERS FIRST-Mark Mundy, a Conejo Elementary School open classroom student, gets hands-on instruction before playing a bamboo flute with platinum recording artist Nicholas Gunn, a Thousand Oaks resident. The program was conducted at the school on Friday. Gunn's flute was handmade from bamboo found in Malibu. It's perfectly in tune.
