A newly formed father and son team, Joe Joyce and Tim Joyce, were recently congratulated by Frances Lewis, Manager of the Coldwell Banker Westlake Promenade, for posting more than 6 million dollars of production in a recent 60- day period.

Joe Joyce is known throughout the community as an active member and supporter of local pro- grams. He is the Commu- nity Service Chair in the Rotary Club of Newbury Park, on the board of the newly developed Newbury Park YMCA, and a mentor in the Schools to Career program at NPHS.
