Jocelyn Hotzler

In June, Prudential California Realty's tech- nology manager, Jocelyn Hotzler, successfully passed two Microsoft ex- ams, becoming a Microsoft Certified Desk- top Support Technician and Microsoft Certified Professional.

In order to achieve cer- tification, Hotzler had to pass two tests. The first was "Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System," and the second "Supporting Users and Troubleshoot- ing a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System."

According to Microsoft, "The Microsoft credentials are for professionals who have the skills to success- fully implement a

Microsoft product or tech- nology as part of a busi- ness solution in an orga- nization."

The IT and business communities widely rec- ognize the certifications as proof of expertise in these areas. Prudential California Realty's owner/broker, Bob Majorino, extends his per- sonal congratulations to Hotzler regarding her sig- nificant achievement.
